So if you didn't know I am a Steven Universe fan, for those of you that don't know Steven Universe is about the misadventures of a boy named Steven, the youngest of a team of magical guardians of humanity: the Crystal Gems. Steven may not be as powerful as the other Crystal Gems. Or as savvy. And he doesn't have much control over his powers, which originate from the gem in his bellybutton inherited from his late mother. But that doesn't stop him from joining Garnet, Amethyst and Pearl on their magical adventures and somehow finding a way to save the day!…

And just a few days ago it was anouced that it would not be airing reruns anymore, you only get one chance to see the episode and that it. Furthermore the spot that would usually play the rerun will be replaced by "The Amazing World of Gumball" and...ugh...."Teen Titans Go!"...
This screams "Cancelation!" and I don't want the show to end, it's one of the most entertaining shows I have seen, it have so much diverse characters, strong female leads, and a wonderful heart that is becoming rare to find now a days.

So please, show Cartoon Network you care, watch the show on Thursday at 6:30, buy the comics, buy the DVD's, show it to your friends, let Cartoon Network know that we love this show and that we want it to keep going.

Here are more links on the Subject:……

~Believe in Steven

The Reruns are back.…
However this doesn't mean that we should not show our love for the show by sporting it, buying it's products, watching the show and spreading the word about it. Cartoon Network has made it no secret that they will kill a show if they don't like it. Let's not give them a chance.

Also, another thing. I wanted to post this in a separate post.
I don't think it's not too violent or bad because of that. I'd still say Madoka Magica is family friendly.
It has No Blood, No Swearing, No Sex, No Drugs, and No Nudity.

Yeah, so what if Mami got her head chewed off? There was no Blood and Guts when it happened, and it wasn't that bad (oh and it has to be red blood to count, other colored blood is okay).
And aside from what happened to Mami, the other death scenes were off-screen, and also without blood and guts.

Seriously! Shows like Sailor Moon (the original Magical Girl anime) had loads of death scenes. I already posted that for you. And Sailor Moon was still a kids show.

And Dragonball Z was still a show okay for kids, and it had loads of death scenes.
-Such as Guldo getting his head chopped off by Vegeta
-And Krillin getting impaled by Frieza with his horn, followed by Frieza repeatedly shoving his horn farther into the wound as to make his death more painful
-And Frieza later on getting torn in half
-And various scenes of Piccolo getting mutilated. Piccolo would also actually bleed in them too, but his blood was purple, not red, so it was okay there.
-And Raditz's miserable death.
-And Dr Gero getting decapitated by his androids after they betrayed him, and then then smashed his brains in too!
-And let's not forget, the scene where Imperfect Cell stabbed an Innocent Bystander in the back with his tail stinger, then painfully sucked the life out of him until he withered away, Right in front of Piccolo!

Watch this death scene from DBZ. It's way worse than what happened to Mami, and yet DBZ was still a kids show, BECAUSE NO BLOOD! -->…

And Star Wars actually showed death scenes such as Jango Fett getting beheaded by Mace Windu, followed by his son Boba mourning over his father's death, and Darth Maul being ripped in two by Obi-Wan more. Look! -->…

And Samurai Jack on Cartoon Network actually showed death scenes like Jack dismembering these Evil Aliens, many times with the aliens screaming in pain as well.

And Sonic The Hedgehog showed violent deaths such as Maria getting gunned down in front of Shadow (by soldiers with actual lead-bullet guns, not lasers).

And even Wreck-It Ralph had really horrible death scenes like this zombie guy getting his heart torn out, and also him killing the Cybugs, who would bleed green blood when killed (but it wasn't red).

I could name plenty of other examples too!

But all of those were still considered family friendly and E-rated, BECAUSE NO BLOOD!!!

Now if when Mami was killed, there was blood and guts gushing out all over the place like something out of Kill La Kill, or Elfen Lied, or Fate/Stay Night, or Bludgeoning Angel Dokuro-Chan, or Attack on Titan, then it would be another story. But there wasn't any blood, and I'd still say Madoka Magica isn't that bad or violent. None of the other death scenes had any blood and guts too.

Mami's Death WAS NOT LIKE THIS! So it is still family friendly! -->   littlecloudcuriosity.files.wor…

BTW, that link is the scene from Kill La Kill where Nui got her arms chopped off by Ryuko.
That was much worse than what happened to Mami, and it was totally M-rated and not for kids BECAUSE NUI'S BLOOD AND GUTS WERE ACTUALLY GUSHING OUT EVERYWHERE WHEN IT HAPPENED!!!

If at the most, I'd sad Madoka Magica would be rated E10+, but not much more than that. As stated before, because It has No Blood, No Swearing, No Sex, No Drugs, and No Nudity.

If it's death scenes were more like THESE, I'd consider it to be not for kids. But no, it wasn't like that. -->……
